Angkat dan dinginkan.  Bagi menjadi dua bagian.    * Campur satu bagian bumbu dengan daun singkong. Campurkan bumbu pada micia secara merata     * Bungkus dengan beberapa lapis daun pisang, ikat erat dengan tali. Lalu masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan sampai mendidih dan kecilkan apinya.&lt;br /&gt;       Lalu masukkan gluten yang sudah dipotong-potong dan aduk terus dengan rata agar matangnya merata.&lt;br /&gt;       Masak terus gluten dengan api sedang sampai santan mengental dan agak kering dan  sudah menjadi empuk.&lt;br /&gt;       Dihidangkan sekali panas atau dingin sesuai dengan selera masing-masing.  Paling enak kalau dihidangan bersama Nasi Putih.&lt;br /&gt;Untuk 6-8 orang.&lt;br /&gt;Boleh juga tambahkan kentang kalau suka , atau bahan lain agar lebih menarik .&lt;br /&gt;Catatan:  Untuk lebih wangi, biasanya bumbu yang dihaluskan ditumis dulu dengan 2 sdm minyak sayur lalu masukkan potongan gluten . Buatlah ceruk secukupnya di bekas&lt;br /&gt;potongan.lumatkan tahu hasil kerukan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 isi: panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;hingga harum, masukkan wortel, tahu lumat, taoge, daun bawang,&lt;br /&gt;seledri, garam, merica, dan gula pasir. Ketika membuat adonan, tuangkan air kedalam adonan tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus diulen. Adonan siap direndam ketika sudah tidak lengket dengan tangan. Rendam adonan sampai air menutupi adonan secara keseluruhan. Biarkan satu malam atau minimal 2 jam. Cuci adonan sehingga yang tertinggal hanyalah protein terigu (Gluten). Rebus Gluten dan kemudian dipotong-potong sesuai keperluan, misalnya untuk sate, rendang dan lain-lain. Aduk tepung terigu, tuang air sedikit demi sedikit, uleni hingga kalis dan tidak lengket (seperti adonan roti).&lt;br /&gt;2. Taruh adonan dalam wadah, tuang air hingga adonan terendam, biarkan hingga 6 jam.&lt;br /&gt;3. Cuci adonan di bawah air mengalir hingga adonan bening dan bersih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Rebus air untuk merebus, tambahkan daun salam, kecap asin dan garam, didihkan.
